GLAD

This study will explore genetic and environmental factors associated with risk for depression and anxiety disorders in the UK, to understand these common disorders and help develop better treatments.

You can take part in this study if you are over the age of 16 and have experienced clinical anxiety and/or depression in your life.

PPiP2

A study that aims to establish the prevalence of pathogenic antibodies in patients with first episode psychosis.

You can take part in this study if you are aged 16-60 and have been experiencing at least one symptom of psychosis for at least two weeks but not longer than two years.

Eating Disorders Genetics Initiative (EDGI)

This study looks to learn about the genetic and environmental links to eating disorders. To take part you must be age 16 or above, live in England, and have experienced an eating disorder.

PATTERN

We are looking for patients (both male and female), aged 18 and above. In order to participate, you must have a diagnosis of a psychiatric disorder or psychological difficulty (such as depression, anxiety, or eating disorders).

You would be invited to a Berkshire Healthcare NHS site (Prospect Park Hospital or University of Reading) for a research visit. This would take approximately 45 minutes for the first visit and approximately 30 minutes for subsequent visits during which specific physical parameters would be measured by two non-invasive devices. You would also complete a short demographic questionnaire.

Physical contact will be kept to a minimum wherever possible. We will follow University of Oxford, Local NHS Trust, and National PHE guidelines with regards to symptom checking, social distancing measures and appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

This study aims to understand the genetic and non genetic risk factors for patients who have had a drug reaction to Clozapine.
