Church Hill House
We provide a number of mental health services from Church Hill House, including our Community Mental Health Team (CMHT), and our Older People's Mental Health Team.

We have a number of facilities at Church Hill House, including:
- Wheelchair and step-free access
- Access to disabled toilets
- A translation service
- A braille translation service
- A signing service
We can help support and treat you for severe and complex mental health difficulties, referring you onto other services where appropriate.
